LASTLY EMAIL MARKETING - You will need your need your own emails to do this see you can either buy them or create them yourself 1. and 2. above, This does not actually create Emails for you but will make very good use of the bulging contact list you've created with the 2 options above mentioned .Email marketing speaks for it self and there are a number of companies that specialise in this method of traffic your aim with Email marketing is to set up your auto res-ponder so that you don't have to reply to leads as this is done for you these companies do charge a monthly  fee but it is worth the effort as your sales will increase with this method plus all the work of closing your sale is done for you leaving you time say with the kids its all very clever these companies will also help you with your email wording what to say Etc. they don't supply leads as such but they do save you a lot of time and are good value, having said that though we have just come across a program that pulls emails then messages with the auto res-ponders. (ask for details.) 
There Is also individual companies that offer the same service for a fee you don't have to do anything as its all done for you often these individuals are freelance shop around I found some good examples on Fiverr.com  and Jot form.com
